GLEN P. GARRISON, CEO - Chairman and CEO of Garrison Group, Inc. Glen has been a leading Central Illinois real estate broker, developer and property manager for the past four decades. Glen has been involved in single use properties to mutiple 100+ acre, mixed use developements. Glen continues to be involved in the development, management and ownership of shopping centers, freestanding restaurants, office complexes, assisted living projects and medical facilities. He is also included in the Hall of Fame Realtor Emeritus.

DAVID C. PLAKE III, CPM®, Vice-President - Mr. Plake joined Garrison Group, Inc. in 2009 and currently serves as Vice-President. David has attained the designation of Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. In his current role of Director of Property Management, David is responsible for a portfolio of over 30 properties with a value in excess of $50,000,000. In this role, his main objective is to increase value for investor clients and insure facilities are managed professionally. David leads the professional management team that provide consistent property inspections, management of vendor contracts, coordination of capital repair projects, communication with tenants and property owners regarding facility needs, and facility expense and capital expenditure analysis. Prior to joining the Garrison Group, Inc. team, David worked as Business Administrator for Calvary Church in Springfield, Illinois from 1987- 2009. In that role he was responsible for fiscal management of the $6.5 million church, school, daycare and ancillary programs. In addition, he managed a multi-campus location with 200,000 square feet of building and 295 acres of property.

TONY BAPTIST, Property Manager - Tony handles day-to-day property management activities for the nearly 30 commercial properties Garrison Group manages across a 5 county area of Central Illinois. In this role he performs regular property inspections, manages vendor contracts, coordinates capital repair projects, communicates with tenants and property owners regarding facility needs, and analyzes facility expenses and capital expenditure needs. Prior to joining the Garrison Group team, Tony worked as a Facility Manager for Central Management Services from 1995-2016, with a total of 32 years of state service. In that role Tony was responsible for the total management of over 1,000,000 square feet of leased and owned state facilities. He also served as project manager over new construction. Tony received a B.A. in Management from the University of Illinois, Springfield. He and his wife, Niki, have been married for 22 years and they have three children.

JENNA BERNTHAL, Office Manager and Property Management Assistant - Jenna joined the Garrison Group staff in 2013. In her role as Assistant Property Manager, she coordinates services on behalf of our clients. Jenna schedules our technicians, vendors and other services necessary for the successful day to day operations of the properties we manage. She provides bookkeeping services for our full-service management clients. In this role Jenna collects tenant rent, oversees accounts payables and provides monthly financial reporting. She strives to create customized relationships with our clients so we can best serve their individual needs. Jenna is a Michigan native and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.

SHEILA WATKINS-BUNCH, Director of Research & Development-Sheila is the newest member of the commercial real estate team. She currently serves the role of research and new business development. In this role, she engages in researching market trends and identifying opportunities for our clients. Prior to joining The Garrison Group, Sheila worked for Bluffstone, LLC as the Property Manager at The Villas Downtown Springfield, where she was responsible for the management of a 79 unit in-fill project from construction to 100% lease up. Sheila brings with her over 11 years of real estate experience in various roles including property management, construction management, multifamily, tax credit properties, real estate investments, and creative negotiations. Prior to her real estate career, she served in the U.S. Air Force as a special operations intelligence analyst in Okinawa, Japan. She strives to bring a forward-thinking approach and thorough analysis to every real estate transaction. Sheila received her B.S. in Business Administration from MacMurray College in Jacksonville, is active in various Downtown Springfield initiatives, and a member of ICSC. Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering in children's ministry at her church.
