Glen P. Garrison Managing Broker- Chairman and CEO of Garrison Group, Inc. Mr. Garrison has been a leading Central Illinois real estate broker, developer and property manager for the past four decades. Glen and his father-in-law were the developers and property managers of the Illinois Baptist Building, Illinois Association of Realtors Building and the Aetna Building (currently 1999 Building), Prairie Crossing mixed-use development and Parkway Pointe mixed-use development. Glen has also been involved in the development, management and ownership of numerous shopping centers, free-standing restaurants, medical facilities, auto service centers and hotels. |

Todd P. Smith - Mr. Smith has been actively involved in commercial real estate brokerage, development and management for 22 years. Todd's experience includes selling, leasing, developing and managing various types of property for private investors, corporations and for his own portfolio. Todd began his property management career leasing & managing several shopping centers in Central Illinois and Eastern Iowa. Since that time Todd has expanded his management skills to include office, flex-space and medical properties. |

Susan A. Jackson (Susie) - Ms. Jackson joined Garrison Group, Inc. in 2000 and currently serves as office/accounting manager and licensed real estate assistant. Prior to joining Garrison Group, Inc. Susie worked as Administrative Assistant and Human Resource Manager to a 23 unit KFC Restaurant Franchisee in Peoria, Illinois. |

David C. Plake III - Mr. Plake joined Garrison Group, Inc. in 2009 and currently serves as Director of Property Management. Currently David is responsible for Garrison Group, Inc. facilities management. In his role he performs regular property inspections, manages vendor contracts, coordinates capital repair projects, communicates with tenants and property owners regarding facility needs, analyzes facility expenses and capital expenditure needs. Prior to joining the Garrison Group, Inc. team, David worked as Business Administrator for Calvary Temple Christian Center in Springfield, Illinois from 1987-2009. In that role he was responsible for fiscal management of the $6.5 million church, school, daycare and ancillary programs. In addition, he managed a multi-campus location with 200,000 square feet of building and 295 acres of property. |
