AUGUST KLEINSCHMIDT, BROKER

August Kleinschmidt is a commercial, residential, and agricultural real estate broker who joined the Garrison Group in 2024.

In 2019, August hit the ground running in real estate, serving clients across Central Illinois. He is a member of the Capital Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Keller Williams Commercial, and the National Association of Realtors. Prior to working in real estate, August spent ten years in the insurance industry.

August is a fifth-generation farmer and spends his free time helping manage his family farm in Morgan County. He and his wife Jessica and their son live in Jacksonville and are active members of their community. August enjoys traveling, hiking, playing basketball, and cheering on the Chicago Bears and Bulls.
