DC PLAKE, PROPERTY MANAGER

D.C. Plake joined Garrison Group in 2021 and handles property management for clients in the southern region. In this role he performs regular property inspections, manages vendor contracts, coordinates capital repair projects, communicates with tenants and property owners about facility needs, and analyzes facility expenses and capital expenditure needs.

D.C. previously worked as the Senior Assistant Superintendent at the Atlanta Athletic Club. He managed up to 50 individuals and helped host several golf tournaments, including the 2021 Women’s PGA Championship. D.C. earned a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Illinois State University. During high school and early college, he operated a painting business. He is currently pursuing his Certified Property Manager® certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management®.

In his free time, D.C. enjoys walking in nature and exploring St. Louis with his wife, Hannah, and their border collie, Swirl. They are fans of the St. Louis Cardinals and enjoy cheering for the Redbirds at Busch Stadium.
