TONY BAPTIST, DIRECTOR OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Tony leads Garrison Group’s property management team, which serves clients and tenants at nearly 100 properties over a 15,000 square mile area. As senior property manager, he performs regular property inspections, manages vendor contracts, coordinates capital repair projects, communicates with tenants and property owners about facility needs, and analyzes facility expenses and capital expenditure needs.

Prior to joining the Garrison Group team in 2016, Tony worked as a facilities manager for Central Management Services, capping off 32 years of service to the State of Illinois. In that role, Tony was responsible for the management of over 1,000,000 square feet of state facilities. He also served as project manager over new construction. Tony earned a B.A. in Management from the University of Illinois, Springfield.

Tony and his wife, Niki, have been married for nearly 30 years and have three children. In his free time, Tony loves to be with his family or on his boat, fishing.
